THREE YEARS IN THE MAKING...

it's time to update.

sorry kahit mejo sabog pa, kagigising lang e

it's thursday (july 26, 2007), kagigising ko lang at 10.28am at maraming bagay ang tumatakbo sa isipan ko.

exactly three years ago when i had my first day in accenture. un ang first job ko, first company. kabado ako nun.

pinanganak at lumaki at ako sa tarlac. hindi sanay sa traffic, hindi sanay sa maraming taong nagkukumpulan sa trains, sa buses, or taxis. hindi sanay sa mabilis na buhay ng tao. na parang everything's in a rush. anjan ang parents, mga barkada. anjan ang "fully-furnished-na-bahay", pampered ka talaga hahaha...

tapos, anjan ang baguio. jan ako nag-college. for 4 years, naging estudyanteng-bakasyonista ako. what do you expect from baguio? aside sa pots, sa sessions(inuman) hehe. puro pahinga dun! ang sarap mag-relax. although naka-dorm ka lang, at ilang apartments na nilipatan, walang magulang, new friends, hindi naman gaanong nakakastress dahil somehow nakakapagpahinga ka ng solid dahil sa climate. hehe

ang hirap ng transition ko dito sa manila sa totoo lang! ung pagbyahe palang from office to bahay, isang oras na dahil sa trapik at sa kung anung pang kababalaghan.. ung pagkain, parang ang hirap hanapin, pati climate ang HINET.. haaayyyy

unlike those people na galing ng province at nag-college dito sa manila.. at least my 4 years experience na sila living here in manila. eh panu naman ung mga since birth na manilenos? hahaha! may time pa na sobrang nainggit ako sa mga officemates ko from manila.

and now, tatlong taon na ang lumipas. napakabilis ng panahon. ung mga ibang officemates ko dati (lumipat na din kasi ako ng work hehe), may mga bagong trabaho na. ung iba nag-abroad na, my mga iba naman, nag-asawa na..

ka-chat ko kanina ung one of the first yosi buddies ko sa accenture. swerte nun, nasa NY cya.. haaaayyyyyyyy! sabi nya na ang bilis ng panahon.

gusto kong magpasalamat sa mga taong nakilala ko for the past three years. dado, maraming salamat at inaccomodate mo ko nung time na hirap na hirap akong mag-adjust. forever na utang na loob ko yan! kina angela at nico din na kumupkop sa amin habang nag-aapply palang sa mga trabaho. hehe! forever na utang na loob din yan. sa mga officemates ko sa accenture, na kasama ko nung nag-aadjust ako! thank you.. thank you sa lahat!

FRIDAY:
lunch - kasama si nico, kumain kami sa "lutong bahay" sa up. mura ang food, chubby-mode pa, masarap pa! hehehe!

7.00pm - umalis na sa office punta ng glorietta to buy havaianas for uncle don (blue's dad).. pauwi na kasi sa states ang mama and tita niya, may last minute pasalubong pakong binili... hehe! saw rhea and gemma cruz sa g4..

8.30pm - humabol sa naia terminal para ma-last look sila tita.. hehe!

10.00pm - nagpunta sa makati cinema square para mag-billiards, kasama rjay, shaun, francis, raph, kris..

12.00mn - punta ng greenbelt to watch borat! hehehe! nakakatawa and may mga dull moments din..

2.00am - punta ng music21 sa jupiter kasi nag-aya ang mga singers.. humabol si diane and mish..

last friday night, mga 7.30pm nagpunta ako ng davao. magisa ko lang dahil nauna na sila blue doon.. ayun, naka-turbulence ang lecheng flight, kinabahan ako.. hehehe!

arrived davao at around 9pm and diretso nako agad sa hotel (apo view).. ate dinner dun and lumabas para mag-inom ng mga around 12mn.. andaming tao sa mga bars!!! umuwi na kami at around 2am na.. hahaha!

saturday: ate breakfast sa hotel, sarap kapag buffet.. harharhar! after eating, tambay lang, tapos gaisano mall na. then after nun, uwi din sa hotel kc may party daw ng 5pm sa mga relatives ni blue.. kainan nanaman!!!

after the party, umuwi na kami at hindi ko na kayang lumabas pa sa sobrang busog at antok.. ahehehe!

sunday: breakfast buffet ulit, tapos umalis kami ng 7.30 papunta ng pearl farm. 45 mins ung boat ride papunta sa island. whole day lang kami dun, kain, swimming, pictures... lunch buffet... etc..

then after nun, namili na ng mga suha and durian, magosteen candies.. tapos diretso na sa hotel for the flyback.. 9.55 ung flight namin and nakarating ako ng makati 12am na... hehehe!

saya sa davao! nakakatakot nga lang kc baka mahuli ako ni mayor na nagyoyosi at nagtatapon ng mga yosi.. tsk.. tsk..

palawan experience: super late na entry

last month, oct 18-21 nagpunta kami sa palawan, kasama mga startgroup ko sa accenture, plus si blue. hehehe

FIRST DAY: ang luho move!
usapan na maaga sa airport para makapag-checkin agad. 8.20am kc ung flight namin. pero as usual, hindi parin ako nagbabago.. ahehehe! usapan 6.20am dapat nasa cebu pacific na, pero ayun, 7.30 na kami dumating ni blue. expected na un dre! hehehe! kaya ayun, nagkandaleche-leche na. nasabat ung lighter and energizer batteries ko. kabanas! strict sa airport amp! pinagtanggal lahat na bakal sa katawan! magnet man pa naman ako.. haaaaaaayyy...

at last, puerto princesa na "us"! mga 9.30 na kami nakadating dun. sinundo kami ng hotel "kidnap-van" (ford e150 ata). tapos hiwalay na sa mga rooms, para magnakaw ng sandali.. matulog..

lunch kay "ka lui". ok din ambiance, tanggal sapatos nanaman amp! after eating, balik ulit sa hotel para... as usual, matulog guys..

mga around 2.30pm, city tour naman daw. ayun, nagpunta sa crocodile "crickey" farm, iwahig penal colony, sa baker's hill kung saan masarap ang hopia at maraming mga istatwa, sa mitra's ranch (overlooking ang honda bay) at tapos sa ncccccccccccc...... ung kanilang pinaka-mall dun..

tapos dinner na, guess where kami kumain... tenenenennnn.. JOLLIBEE!

after dinner, pahinga lang konti sa hotel, konting swimming sa pool at inuman na! drink for the night: toska vodka + gatorade blue + sprite courtesy of shaun.. hehehe! ok naman siya, solb kaagad.. hehehe! TULOOOOOG!

DAY2 AGENDA: underground river, sabang beach
call time 7am. kabanas! wake up call at 5.45am, as usual!!! anu pa nga ba?!!? 6.45 nako bumangon at isang mabilis na damubs at "i'm ready!!!" kumain pa muna sa breakfast buffet kaya mga 7.30 na kami nakaalis.. hehehe! 2 vans kami. 2.5hours ang travel time papunta sa sabang island and 1.5hrs ay napaka rough road.. pahirapan sa pagtulog amp!

at last mga around 10am, nasa pier na kami to ride a boat papuntang sabang island.. mga 15-20 mins na boat ride..

tapos underground river na! ganda dun, mga 4++kms daw ang underground river pero hanggang 1++kms lang daw kami. nakakatakot sa loob, may mga snakes, monitor lizards, mga water creatures! pero maganda sa loob ng cave! swabe!

tapos after nun, balik ulit ng may pier, unlimited lunch ba ang tawag dun?? hahaha! dun sa maganda ang beach! sa tingin ko, un ang pinakamgandang beach na napuntahan ko, sabang beach. swim-swim hanggang manognog! kalakasan ng araw! ayan...

tapos mga 3pm balik na ulit sa hotel, may side trip pa pala.. dumaan pa kami sa vietkong ville (vietnamese village) ok din naman, may maliit na community na mga may lahing vietnam.. hehehe! tapos hotel na at around 5.30pm..

bago umakyat sa rooms, sa pool ang tuloy, nagbanlaw kaming lahat hanggang mga 7 na cguro ung iba.. ako, saglit lang kc nagnakaw nanaman ako ng sandali..

tapos mga around 8pm dinner na!!! woohoo! saan na ba kumain? basta may palayok ek ek eh.. ayun, ok din ang food, sarap ng mga hipon! yeah!

tapos nun, umuwi na kami agad.. inuman na 'to!!! drink for the night: jagermeister! sarap ng TULOOOOOOOG!

DAY3 AGENDA: honda bay
call time, as usual, 7am.. pero, as usual, hmmm.. alam nyo na... 8am na kami nakaalis.. ayan!

may sarili kaming boat papunta sa honda bay. may view deck pa! sarap ng luho moves!

pagdating dun, pandan island muna kami, snorkeling dito, doon.. kahit saan.. tapos unlimited lunch nanaman! oh yeah! chubby-ness!

after ng pandan island, lipat naman sa snake island, snorkeling ulit dito, doon sa malalim, doon sa may jellyfish.. doon sa mga sea creatures.. hehehe! hanggang 3pm cguro kami naglalangoy hanggang sa manognog si boy sunog!

uwian nanaman, dumaan muna ng palengke para sa mga danggits.. tapos nun ay TULOOOOOOOG! ang mga tao..

dinner kami sa badjao resto, ok ang ambiance din, nasa shoreline cya, tapos may mga mangrovangs (mangrove trees) sa paligid-ligid...

tapos nun, diretso na natulog dahil walang powers mag-inom.. hehehe!

LAST DAY: back to the airport, back to reality.. sucks
call time 8am papunta ng airport.. pero.. oo, alam mo na malamang.. mga 9 nasa airport na kami... ahihihi.. 10.30am ata ung flight namin and after an hour, ayan na.. manila na, lintek!

total damage:
2,526 - cebu pacific (balikan na, opo, balikan na po)
5,649 - hotel accomodations, everything palawan
1,000 - more less sa dinners for 3 nights
200 - terminal fee (plus)

nagpabili ako ng laptop sa states (courtesy of blue's mom..) hehehe! 800 dollars amp! heto gamit ko na siya, hp pavilion dv6130 entertainment notebook daw. pero ung OS nya XP Media Center.. anu un? meron pang windows vista ek ek compatible ang hindi ko alam!

updates, updates.. went to palawan, sarap magbakasyon! :) details..
- promo sa hotel, 5.6K, innclusive of breakfast buffet, lunch, lahat ng boat rides, lahat lahat na, plus 4days, 3nights sa hotel. basta sobrang sulit!

may bago akong laptop! wowowee! :) may dsl na din dito sa makati! wowow! details..

hi sa lahat! at last, nagkaroon din ng chance to update..

so, what's keeping u all busy? hehehe.. ako? hmm..

1. dr. house addict na ako. 1 month ko palang pinapanuod and mukhang matatapos ko na ang 2 seasons.. grrr.. addict! hooked up sa sarcasm ni greg house. nga pala, last night until kaninang 11am, naka 7 episodes ako. pathetic!

2. i have a new work, good news for me. :) i now work at abs-cbn. work is better there, i guess, because i enjoy doing abap. pathetic again? and that's also the reason why i'm here at the cafe, doing research for my abap codes.. hehehe.. it sucks!

3. ala na..

heheh.. reagarding sa new work (not new york), enjoy naman, at least i get the salary i want.. hehe.. pero of course, may downside din.. u miss all ur friends dun sa previous employer, anlayo sa tirahan, adjust to and meet new people.. na usually hindi mo ka-age.. (ako pala ang bunso dun, hahaha) imagine working with your parents..

on the other side, u get to see deal or no deal gurls, wowowee gurls, hahaha! pero wala pa din ung inaantay kong makita.. hahaha!
